K9 Rescue League is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit animal rescue organization. We are supported by tax-deductible donations and in-kind gifts.

Our expenses include veterinary services, food, housing needs such as beds, cages, bowls, etc. We are always in need of your help with donations. Sometimes we take on expenses for veterinary services when no one else wants to or can afford the cost. Recently we were called to rescue a puppy left in someone’s yard. The puppy was sick and they could not afford to take it to the vet. We took on the cost and got the puppy to the vet at our own expense. The puppy was terribly ill and did not survive but we were left with a $300 veterinary bill. Sometimes these things happen but we always want to give the animal every humane chance to survive.
